Terms of Sale

Purpose

These general terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between Virgile Health (Virgile Escalant, sole proprietor) and its clients, for the services and product sales offered.

Services offered

• Private plant-based chef services
• Raw chocolate and living cuisine workshops
• Personalized nutrition coaching
• Sale of artisanal products (bars, tablets, energy balls)
• Organization of retreats and events

Orders and bookings

Orders and bookings are placed via WhatsApp or email. Any order implies acceptance of these terms of sale. A detailed quote is provided before any service.

Prices and payment

Prices are communicated by quote. Payment can be made by bank transfer or any other means agreed with the client. A deposit may be requested at booking.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours before the date of the service. In the event of late cancellation, the deposit paid may be retained. In cases of force majeure, both parties may agree to reschedule at no charge.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the client has 14 days from the date of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for perishable food products and services already performed.
