The Intelligence of the Body
— Precise and accurate knowledge —
« Intelligence is already here, within our body — perhaps the most sophisticated and subtle technology known. »
Our body builds our matter, our feelings, our energy and our thoughts: the quality, coherence and vibration of our food shape our state of vitality and mind.
This book unfolds in three movements. The first explores our living matter: the energy that runs through us, the bricks and salts that build us, then the gesture — cooking, the source — that turns food into care. The second brings three great intelligences of the body into conversation — Ayurveda, the Macrobiotic way, Biohacking — three ways of reading the living world and tuning it. The third no longer asks what we are made of, but what we become: clarity of mind, the drive to act, the inner tides, and the great rest that repairs everything — and closes the book.

Energy
We do not eat — we burn stored light. A solar machine running on two fuels, sugar and fat: here we follow the most luminous fruits, the most living oils, and the art of absorbing more of what we eat.
- — II —
Proteins
Meat does not make proteins — it borrows them from plants. We go back to the source: what a protein truly is, where to find it in the plant world, and the genius of seeds, pulses and hemp.
- — III —
Minerals
The body is living geology: every mineral becomes enzyme, bone, nerve, thought. From salt — the first of them all — to the major minerals, and the kitchen gesture that finally makes them assimilable.

Recipes
A whole collection of living recipes — from everyday bowls to longevity broths, from raw sweets to mineral ferments.
- — VI —
Ingredients & Suppliers
My dearest foods and my hidden-gem suppliers — the ones that make plant food nourishing and delicious — along with the books, tables and voices that shaped my cooking.
- — VII —
Ayurvedic Intelligence
Three thousand years before the microscope, Ayurveda already read the meal as a complete sensory pharmacology. The six tastes, the three qualities, the digestive fire and its clock — and what science now confirms.
“Read, experiment, celebrate — the body can be a supreme vehicle of consciousness and sensitivity.”

Energy
the inner flame
We do not eat — we burn stored light. The body is a solar machine running on two fuels.

Proteins
the brick of life — and its hidden origin
Meat does not contain proteins — it only carries them. The source is the plant.
- — III —
Minerals
the body's lattice
The body is a living geological formation — every mineral becomes an enzyme, a bone, a nerve, a thought.

Ayurvedic Intelligence
six tastes, one fire
A science three thousand years old described, without a microscope, what biochemistry is rediscovering today — every meal is a complete sensory pharmacology.

The Sattvic State
bliss, the joy of the present — to activate and nourish it
Our inner states are not our nature: they are qualities of light. Depending on the day, the same consciousness is limpid, ardent or veiled — and we are the only living being able to tune its own, through food, breath, sleep.
- — XI —
The State of Action
drive, strength, focus — to light it with intelligence
Action is not a matter of willpower alone: it is a chemistry the body mobilises — and one that food can light or extinguish. To understand this system is to better master our states of mind.
- — XII —
The Technology of Rest and Sleep
the great nightly workshop — and the art of recovery
Sleep is not lost time: it is the body's most active workshop. And rest, chosen, is not an absence — it is a regeneration. We do not force sleep: we invite it, by giving it back its signals.

Feminine Intelligence
nourishing the rhythms of women's bodies — cycle, transitions, carrying life
Women's bodies live in rhythms — the cycle of the month, the great transitions of a life. None is a problem to correct: they are intelligences to accompany. We treat nothing — we nourish the terrain, so that vitality returns on its own.
